Peter J. Boswell - President and Director

Peter Boswell has 30 years of oil and gas industry experience. He was founder and Vice
President of Crozet Exploration Ltd., from 1980 to 1987. He was Land Manager for Crozet Oil &
Gas Ltd., from 1987 to 1989 and Land Manager of Hardy Oil & Gas Canada from 1989 to 1991.
From 1991 to 1996, he was President of Stateside Oil Corporation, a public company listed on
the VSE when it was sold. Mr. Boswell is founder and owner of Brolandar Holdings Ltd. a private
oil and gas company and has been since 1996. From March 2001 to November 2001 he was Vice
President, Land for Innovative Energy Ltd (when it was sold). From December 2003 to August
2005 he was a founder, Director and Vice President of Wave Energy Ltd., where he played a
vital role in the creation and development of Wave's large asset base. He has been a member of
Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen since 1982. In 1979 Mr. Boswell graduated from
the University of Washington with a BA in Economics.

Doug James, CMA - CFO

Doug James is a well rounded managerial accountant with over 30 years experience in the oil
and gas industry. He commenced his career in the oil and gas industry in 1979 and obtained his
CMA designation in 1985. After receiving his CMA designation in 1985, Doug worked for Gulf
Canada Resources until 1990 in a number of capacities. Doug was employed as Staff accountant at
Rife Resources from 1992 to 1993. Doug left Rife Resources to pursue an opportunity as a Division
Administrator with Forest Oil. In 1994, Doug was employed by Ramarro Resources as Accounting
Manager. Ramarro was a junior listed public company.
In 1997, Doug joined Genesis Exploration as Accounting Manager. Genesis grew from a junior to
an intermediate player in the industry before being bought out by Vintage Petroleum in 2001. Doug's
career continued at Vintage until it was bought out by Daylight Energy Trust in 2004. In 2005, Doug
joined HYgait Resources Ltd. as the company's VP Finance & CFO. The company was private and
was subsequently sold in October 2007 to Wild River Resources Ltd. Doug then joined Husky Energy
Inc. in the role of Team Lead, Midstream Gas Accounting in April 2008 until October 2009.
Doug commenced employment with Sahara in October 2009.

David Forrest - Director

David Forrest has been appointed as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Forrest is the President and
Chief Executive Officer of Western Plains Pertroleum Ltd., a TSX Venture Exchange listed corporation.
Mr. Forrest has over 15 years experience in developing heavy oil plays located in the areas of Lloydminster
and Maidstone, Saskatchewan. He founded IC Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas exploration and production
company, which was sold to Arsenal Energy Inc. in March, 2005. Mr. Forrest is also a founder and President
of Brahma Resources Ltd., a private heavy oil producer, with operations in the Lloydminster and Maidstone
areas of Saskatchewan, and co-founder of Gotham Resources Inc., a private oil and gas company also with
production in the Lloyminster and Maidstone areas of Saskatchewan.

Quentin C. Enns, P.Geol. - Director

Mr. Enns has over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has spent the last six
years with Canadian Natural Resources Limited - where he was responsible for the generation and
supervision of over a 1000 prospects in Southern Alberta and North Eastern British Columbia. Prior
to joining CNRL, Quentin was the founder and president of Find Oil & Gas Ltd. - a private oil and
gas company responsible for prospect generation in Central Alberta and Western Saskatchewan and
wellsite supervision to various clients - including CNRL, Player Petroleum, Northstar Energy and
Morgan Hydrocarbons. He has been involved in many clastic reservoir plays in Central Alberta and
Saskatchewan for gas and heavy oil. He has a strong operational background which has enabled him
to explore and develop reserves through vertical and horizontal drilling applications. Mr. Enns
is a proven oil and gas finder with extensive experience in Western Saskatchewan and Central
Alberta.

Quentin graduated from the University of Regina with a B.Sc. in Geology(1985). He is an active
member of APEGGA, AAPG and the CSPG.

From May 2008 to Sept 2009, Quentin was a geologist at Iteration Energy. He started at Bellatrix on
Oct 2009.

Brandyn P.N. Chase - Land Assistant, Office Manager

Brandyn Chase has over 3 years in the oil and gas industry. Brandyn has been responsible for the day
to day administrative duties of a junior oil and gas company, and assist senior management in all
departments. Over the years he has gained competency in the LandRite, Dowwest/Pandell Accounting
and Accumap programs. He is currently enrolled at Mount Royal University in the Petroleum Land
Contract & Administration certificate program and plans to graduate in December 2010.

Sandra M. Amos - Accounting Manager

Sandra joins Sahara with over 21 years experience including nine years of oil and gas accounting.
Prior to working for Sahara Sandra has most recently worked for Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd.
as the Joint Venture Accountant from Dec. 2006 – Feb. 2007. Sandra also holds an Accounting
Certificate from S.A.I.T. and CAPPA level 4.
